Two remote thermostats, one for each plate (top & bottom) maintain correct and constant temperature. New slide design insures even pressure during the entire vulcanization process. The precision temperature and constant even pressure insures an even flow of the raw rubber allowing it to fill all of the mold cavities, and enhance the detail transfer to the mold. The built-in automatic timer switch allows an operator to select and maintain proper curing time for the rubber, a critical element in mold-making. The timer switch will cut off the electric power at the end of the procedure.
